COWEN, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff seeks review of a decision of the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals 1 which held that the Government was entitled to disallow a portion of plaintiff’s claims for reimbursement of general and administrative (G&A) expense, which plaintiff had allocated to its cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts performed during its fiscal years 1959 through 1965. The case is presently before the court on defendant’s request for review of an opinion and recommended conelu sion of law by Commissioner George Wil-li.
