DAVIS, Judge.

United States Steel Corporation asks reimbursement of pension expenses of $2,785,493.11 allegedly incurred in performing four cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts for the Department of the Navy during World War II. The required steel fabrication and assembly work was done by the American Bridge Company, a component of U. S. Steel, from 1942 to 1945. 1 With minor exceptions, the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals denied plaintiff’s claim on October 30, 1958. 2 This decision is said to be erroneous when tested by the Wunderlich Act’s standards (41 U.S.C. §§ 321-322).
