Presently before the Court is TruePosition, Inc.’s (“TruePosition”) Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings Concerning Counterclaims and Certain Affirmative Defenses of Defendant Third Generation Partnership Project (“3GPP”), and 3GPP’s Opposition to Plaintiff TruePosition, Inc.’s Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings, as well as TruePosition’s Reply thereto.
