SMITH, Presiding Judge.

Defendant appeals from a judgment for plaintiff in the amount of $10,000 for personal injuries and $1,000 property damage pursuant to a jury verdict in an automobile accident case.

No question is raised about the sufficiency of the evidence to establish defendant’s liability for the rear-end collision, and in fact liability was virtually conceded at trial. All of defendant’s contentions on appeal relate to damages. The evidence, viewed in the light most favorable to plaintiff, establishes that plaintiff, 74 years old at the time of the accident, sustained a soft tissue…
