This suit was instituted for a prohibitory and mandatory injunction, as well as general equitable relief. The jurisdiction of this court is invoked upon the grounds of diversity of citizenship and that more than $3,000 is involved, exclusive of interest and cost. The plaintiff is a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Pennsylvania, and is engaged in the business of publishing and selling school textbooks.
