The trial judge, sitting without a jury, found for defendant in a personal injury case brought by plaintiff who was riding in her husband’s car while he was proceeding in a westerly direction along East Grlisan Street near 139th. Street outside of the city of Portland. Plaintiff appeals.
Defendant was driving his car in an easterly direction on said Grlisan Street, and, while he was attempting to make a left turn into Grlendoveer Grolf Course, a collision occurred between the two cars.
