MEMORANDUM
TAURO, District Judge.
I. Introduction
Plaintiffs Stephen Dill and Abigail Marsters bring this suit against Defendants American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. (“AHMSI”) and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company (“Deutsche Bank”) arising out of Plaintiffs’ home mortgage loan. Plaintiffs allege that AHMSI mishandled Plaintiffs’ loan modification application under the Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”), and misled Plaintiffs *301regarding the loan modification process.
