STAHL, Circuit Judge.
Appellants Lynne and James MacKenzie (“MacKenzies”) filed an amended complaint alleging eleven counts of state law violations related to the decisions of Flags-tar Bank, FSB (“Flagstar”) to deny them a loan modification under the Home Affordable Modification Program (“HAMP”) and to foreclose on their home. 1 The district court dismissed the complaint. For the following reasons, we affirm.
