On March 12, 2007, LaVonne Hill, as the claimant, filed claim # 3-1, asserting a claim against the bankruptcy estate of William G. Watson, III and Tania A. Watson, debtors in the Chapter 7 case filed in the Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division, as case number 06-62736. On May 9, 2008, the Chapter 7 Trustee, Staeia L.
