STATEMENT
The Chapter 13 plan, as amended, proposed by Debtor Gary A. DeKroon awaits *780confirmation. Pending before the court is the Debtor's objection to Proofs of Claim timely filed by Melissa DeKroon who appears in this case pro se . The court held several hearings on the objections to afford the parties, and in particular Ms. DeKroon who resides out of state, the opportunity to amend their submissions and present their proof regarding the claims and objections.
