Michael Allen McNeil, pro se, appealed the final orders entered on November 5, 20121 and November 15, 20122 by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland (the “Bankruptcy Court”), classifying attorney’s fees awarded by the Circuit Court for Howard County, Maryland (the “Circuit Court”) in divorce litigation as “domestic support obligations” under 11 U.S.C. § 101 of the Bankruptcy Code.3 See ECF Nos. 1-11 (Drazin), 1-50 at 2 & n. 6, 8 (Markuski).
