SANBORN, Circuit Judge.

From two judgments, one for each plaintiff, in two personal injury actions which grew out of a head-on collision of two automobiles at a point on Highway 61 just south of Blycheville, Arkansas, on March 22, 1938, and which were tried together, the defendant has appealed. He contends that the trial court should have directed.a verdict in his favor at the close of the testimony and that it erred in its instructions to the jury.
