On November 15, 1932, W. L. Sneed, who lived at Berryville, Arkansas, was on his way to Eureka Springs, driving a Ford car, which collided with a bus belonging to appellant, which was being driven in the opposite direction. W. L. Sneed died a few hours after the collision from injuries received when his car and the bus collided. Suit was brought by the administratrix, Grace Sneed, for damages for the injury and death of her husband.
