The matter before the court is Debtors’ Motion and Memorandum for an Order Disallowing and Expunging One Hundred Nine (109) California Asbestos Property Damage Claims Barred by Statute of Lim itations. 2 Debtors contend that the claims of the California Department of General Services (“DGS”) are barred under California law and by the statute of limitations.
