(Western Section). The record in this Court is that of two cases, one by Myrtle Lee for $75,000 damages, and one by her husband W. C. Lee for $25,000, both against the Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, coming to this court from the Law Court of Shelby County, Division Two, the Honorable John W. Wilson, Judge, where the cases were tried together to a jury, with separate verdicts and separate judgments, the verdict in one case in favor of Mrs. Myrtle Lee for $9,-500 and in the other case for her husband W. C. Lee in the amount of $500, which respective judgments were…
