1Opinion of the CourtGillette, P. J.

Defendant was convicted of driving while suspended and of having an expired vehicle license. He appeals, contending inter alia that (1) he should have been allowed to argue to the jury that it has the power under Oregon Constitution, Article I, section 16, to disregard the judge’s instructions; (2) handwritten statements on an envelope mailed to defendant by the Motor Vehicle Division were inadmissible hearsay; and (3) the trial court should have given an instruction on the infraction of no operators license as a lesser included offense of driving while suspended. We affirm.
