BUSTAMANTE, Judge.
{1} William M.R., Sr. (Father) appeals from a judgment terminating his parental rights to William M-R., Jr. and Joel M-R. (the Children), pursuant to NMSA 1978, §§ 32A-4-28(B)(l) and (2) (2005). On appeal, Father argues that (1) he was denied due process because the Children, Youth and Families Department (the Department) did not provide Father with written materials in Spanish, (2) he was denied effective assistance of counsel due to the limited ability of his court-appointed attorney to communicate with him in Spanish, and (3) there was not clear and convincing…
