Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Balbach, J.), rendered February 20, 1981, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. Judgment affirmed. The instant case is one where the proof of defendant’s guilt is so overwhelming as to render harmless the errors committed at trial and complained of on this appeal (see People v Crimmins, 36 NY2d 230).
