The defendant, Paul Cornwell, excepted to findings and rulings of the Superior Court (Loughlin, J.) resulting in the imposition of a constructive trust in favor of the plaintiff upon certain real estate presently standing in the name of the defendant. The questions of law presented were reserved and transferred by the presiding justice.
