This was an action in ejectment brought by appellant, William Allott, in the circuit court of Will county, against < appellee, the Wilmington Light and Power Company, to recover possession of a certain strip of land in said county. The declaration was the usual form, and appellee filed a plea of general issue and a special plea. The case has been twice tried in the circuit court. On the first trial, at the close of the case, the court directed a verdict for appellee.
