INTRODUCTION

On August 30, 2013, Defendant KForce, Inc. (“KForce”) removed this action, filed by Plaintiffs Liza Gunawan and Danny Canias (together, “Plaintiffs”), from California Superior Court asserting jurisdiction under the Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”).
