Plaintiff Quality Auto Body, Inc. (“Quality”) appeals from a summary judgment for defendants, Allstate Insurance Company (“Allstate”) and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), in an antitrust action involving automobile damage claim procedures.
