This case pends on the second application made by a Special Attorney of the Organized Crime and Racketeering Section, Kansas City Field Office, Department of Justice, for an order authorizing the use of a pen register device on five particular telephones used by three named individuals, and others yet unknown, located in Kansas City, Missouri.
