Defendant, Robbie Christopher Needham, pleaded no contest to possession of child sexually abusive material in violation of MCL 750.145c(4). Defendant challenges his one-to-four-year prison sentence, claiming that the circuit court should have assessed zero points for offense variable (OV) 10 (exploitation of a vulnerable victim) because he had no contact with the children depicted in the pornographic images.
