To the plaintiff’s second amended complaint the defendant interposed a demurrer. The demurrer was sustained without leave to amend and from the judgment entered thereon the plaintiff has appealed. Plaintiff’s pleading purported to state four different causes of action.

In her brief the plaintiff states that the first cause of action is one in which she seeks to recover the unpaid balance due on a contract for personal services.
