INTRODUCTION

The present appeal arises out of a workers’ compensation action wherein John H. Wells sought compensation for injuries sustained in an accident arising out of and in the course of his employment with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (Goodyear). Subsequent to the trial court’s award of certain benefits to Wells, a dispute arose over the division of the attorney fee between Wells’ first attorneys, Rehm Law Firm, PC.
