MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court are Defendant’s Motion for an Order for Plaintiffs Independent Medical Examination [# 17] (“Motion for an IME”) and Motion to Enlarge Time to Conduct Discovery [# 18] (“Motion to Enlarge”). For the reasons stated below, both motions will be granted in part and denied in part.
