Introduction

Before the Court is Plaintiff Kenneth R. Christ’s motion for certification of a nationwide class, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. (“Rule”) 23(a) and (b)(2). At issue in this case is the legality vel non of “non-filing” fees or premiums charged by Defendant Beneficial Corporation (“Beneficial”) by and through its wholly-owned subsidiaries (including, without limitation, Defendant Beneficial Florida, Inc.
