MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR CLASS CERTIFICATION

THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Plaintiff Barbara Colomar’s Motion for Class Certification (“Motion”) [DE-136] under Fed. R.Civ.P. 23(a), (b)(2) and (b)(3). Plaintiffs Motion asks the Court to certify a class of all uninsured patients who, like Plaintiff, received medical care at Defendant Mercy Hospital, Inc.
