Complainant recovered a judgment against George A. Leftwieli in the circuit court of Lauderdale county on the 9th day of September, 1896,. for $5,739.92, upon which execution was issued and levied upon the real estate described in her bill and also certain personal property. At the execution sale she purchased the real estate and received from the sheriff a deed to it. The personal property was claimed by the respondent bank, and was delivered by the sheriff to the bank upon the execution by it of a bond, and was the subject matter of controversy in a cause pending in the circuit court for…
