The First State Bank of Temple filed this suit against the Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Company of New York upon a contract of insurance protecting the bank against loss through dishonesty on the part of any employe of the bank. Judgment of the trial court was in favor of the bank and against The Metropolitan Casualty Insurance Company of New York for $22,000.00.
