In this workers’ compensation case Purolator Courier, the employer, appeals from an order of the Commission holding that Billy Darrell Chancey was entitled to additional temporary total disability benefits; that Chancey sustained permanent partial disability of sixty percent to the body as a whole; and that the Second Injury Fund had no liability on the claim and was dismissed. Appellant argues that the “Commission erred in finding that Chancey’s poliomyelitis or encephalitis constituted a ‘latent condition’ thereby relieving the Second Injury Fund of Liability.” We…
