Lake, Ch. J.

This is a petition in error from Butler county. In addition to the general verdict for the defendant there were two special findings of fact in his favor upon questions-put to the jury by the court. These questions were:

“ 1st. Bid plaintiff Dunbier take into the hotel of defendant the sum of $1,650.00 or more ? 2nd. Was the plaintiff’s money, or any portion of the same, stolen from him, while a guest in the defendant’s house?” The answer given to each of these questions was “ No.”
