The action is brought by the plaintiff corporation, engaged in the business of buying and selling real property, to recover of the defendant the sum of $2,260, besides interest. Plaintiff complains upon two causes of action, the first being to recover the balance due on commissions of $2,260 alleged by the plaintiff to be its due upon the sale of certain real property of the defendant given to the plaintiff to sell as a real estate broker.
