This suit was brought by the appellees against the appellant to recover damages for mental anguish suffered by Mrs. Kitchen and alleged to have been 'caused by the negligent failure of appellant to deliver a telegram informing her of the death of her sister, and thereby preventing her from attending her sister’s funeral and burial.
