Plaintiff brought this action against defendant Harry M. McCullough and Harry M. McCullough, Jr., who was the driver of his father’s ear, for damages as a result of an automobile accident involving the death of plaintiff’s minor son, Fred Lesser, Jr., then aged 17 years. The verdict of the jury resulted in a judgment for plaintiff and against the defendant father for $5,000, and against the defendant son for the sum of $6,000.
