VAN VALKENBURGH, Circuit Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment following conviction upon two counts of an indictment, containing eight counts, returned in the Eastern District of Arkansas. Appellant is described as a Property- and Disbursing Officer of the United States for the state of Arkansas, appointed and acting as such under the provisions of section 67, chapter 134 of the Act of Congress of June 3, 1916, 39 Stat. 200, as .amended (32 USCA § 49).
