MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

Before the court is the debtors-plaintiffs’ motion for summary judgment as to the defendant United States Fidelity and Guaranty Insurance Company (hereinafter “USF & G”). The debtors assert that defendant USF & G’s claim was discharged since no complaint to determine dischargeability was timely filed pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure l¡.007(c).
