MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN D. BATES, District Judge.
Plaintiff Raymond T. Fuller, Jr., a former Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy, brings this action seeking to compel defendant Donald C. Winter, the Secretary of the Navy, to correct alleged “errors and injustices” contained in plaintiffs military service records. Specifically, Fuller asks that the Court reverse the Secretary’s decision to deny his administrative request, pursuant to 10 U.S.C. § 1552, to amend his naval records.
