This diversity case concerns the scope of an easement that was subject to litigation in the Florida state courts over two decades ago. The case requires us to review the district court’s grant of Appellees’ motion for summary judgment, as well as the district court’s denial of Appellants’ motion for summary judgment, on the basis of the collateral estoppel effect of a prior state court decision.
