THIS CAUSE came before the Court for oral argument on January 22, 2014 on Defendant, City of Miami Beach’s (the “City[’s]”) Motion to Dismiss or Strike Plaintiffs’ Complaint (“Motion”) [ECF No. 16], filed November 22, 2013.
