This case is a sequel to that of Will of Leonard, 202 Wis. 117, 230 N. W. 715, wherein Charles A. Ingram as executor and trustee was adjudged on accounting to pay $16,667.17 to Frank E. Leonard and Roy Leonard, as remaindermen upon termination of a life estate to the widow of the testator. For a statement of evidentiary facts indirectly involved in addition to those herein stated, we refer to the opinion in that case. This suit is founded on the judgment finally entered in that case.
