GRUENDEL, J.

The plaintiff, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-1, appeals from the judgment of the trial court granting the motion to dismiss of the self-represented defendant, Elizabeth Torres. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly found that the plaintiff failed to demonstrate that it had standing, and subsequently erred in granting the defendant’s motion to dismiss. We agree, and therefore, reverse the judgment of the trial court.
