The plaintiff, Mildred B. Borden, appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court dismissing her appeal from the granting by the defendant planning and zoning commission of the town of North Stonington (commission) of the application for site plan approval filed by the defendant Connecticut Hospital Management Corporation, doing business as Stonington Institute (institute).
