Brad L. Gillig appeals the dismissal by the district court of his lawsuit against Advanced Cardiovascular Systems, Inc. (Advanced) for the wrongful termination of his employment. The issues on appeal are (1) whether Chief Judge Thomas Lambros had the authority to reconsider a decision that had been issued by the judge to whom the case was originally assigned prior to an administrative transfer of the case and (2) whether Greeley v.
