This is a bill of review proceeding brought by Rudolph W. Gunnerman and RWG, Inc., A-55, L.P., and A-55, Inc. (collectively, A-55) against Basic Capital Management, Inc. (BCM), seeking to set aside a default judgment against Gunner-man and A-55 for $100,000, attorney’s fees, and prejudgment interest. The trial court granted summary judgment in favor of Gunnerman and A-55 on the issue of their entitlement to relief by bill of review.
