Following mediation of the underlying dispute in this case, a Rule 11 settlement agreement (“the Agreement”), containing a provision to arbitrate “any disagreement resulting] from negotiation and completion of this documentation,” was entered into between Celltex Therapeutics Corporation (“Cehtex”), RNL Bio, Ltd. n/k/a K-Stemcell Co., Ltd. (“K-Stemcell”), Human Biostar, Inc.
