The Koury Corporation appeals from an order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County which required it to convey to Hu-ghey E. Randolph a parcel of property located in St. Albans, West Virginia. The controversy below centered on the question of whether a purchase option contained in a lease between the Koury Corporation and the American Oil Company was assignable to Mr. Randolph.
