The appellant in this proceeding, Lila M. Edman, claims that the Circuit Court of Marion County committed several errors in reaching the conclusion that the appellees, Peter B. Moran and Patricia Moran, had an easement by prescription to use a road across her property. She also claims that the circuit court erred in requiring her to assist in maintaining the road.
