The appellants, Parkland Development, Inc., William Abruzzino, Rebecca Abruzzino, Center Designs, Inc., and Plaza Management, Inc. appeal the July 24, 1995 order of the Circuit Court of Randolph County which denied their motion for entry of judgment notwithstanding the verdict, or in the alternative, motion for a new trial.
